It is not a cookbook method. There are no quick-fix solutions and how-tos. One must follow their intuition and let the parental love guide their parenting journey. One of the key principles of authentic parenting is emotional freedom. She believes children should be given a chance to experience the entire range of human emotions and children’s feelings should not be hindered, altered, stopped, ignored, minimized or dismissed. Coping with emotions makes them more real, in tune with themselves, builds resiliency and empathy. Only then one can be truly, authentically himself and recognize the notion of self in others. Anna’s mission is to help parents, raise their awareness on certain topics, inspire, educate and empower them. She is a multitalented person with positive outlook on life and is a big inspiration for others.
